Yes, We have a one week trail period for each customer so that if you are not 100% satisfied we will refund you 100% money back.

Q.	What is the monthly monitoring fee?
$33.99 Per month which includes both monitoring and maintenance on the system.

Q.	Is there an installation fee?
There is a $99 installation fee.

Q.	Do you require a contract?
Yes, We require a two year contract. After the two year contract is over it goes on a month to month term.

Q.	Are there early cancellation fees?
The first seven days you can cancel without any penalty. If you were to cancel after the seven day cancellation period is over there is a harsh penalty. 75% of the remaining balance of the two year contract.

Q.	What do you charge for a false-alarm response?
We Charge nothing for a false alarm however the police department for each city or county has their own policy on that. We install system that will not false alarm and if for any reason it does we take full responsibility and reimburse any fees you had to pay.
