Unbiased to avoid money pits a home inspection is necessary. Many home inspectors market their services to realtors, I do not. This prevents a conflict of interest. I work in your best interest when inspecting a prosective house or home. My philosophy is to be blunt about the condition of the house, home or commercial building. I will not attempt to help sell a home, house or commercial building when I inspect a property. My job is to inspect and give a straight forward report of what I have observed.
I will do the following:
Inspect the structural, mechanical and electrical, etc., parts of the house.
In accordance with the Connecticut or Massachusetts home inspection standards, I do perform a termite
and other wood destroying insect inspection.
I will provide observations of the inspection in writing.
I will be candid and blunt. If the home, house or commercial property needs work; I will tell you.
If necessary, I will help you negotiate a lower price.
