Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |

Oxford Maids has a 24-hour Customer Satisfaction Policy. If you are unsatisfied with our service for any reason, simply let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning date and we will return to re-clean areas in question at no extra charge. |

No minimum really, we take care of studios, and profide service at boutique hotels, we strive to leave all of our customers 100% satisfied |

We work with a small (we think elite) team of carpet steam cleaners, each of which has provided 15+ references which we have checked |

Do you move furniture? |
| |
Light furnitue can be moved, but for larger objects we can arrange for the right people (with strong backs:-), to move any furniture necessary |

How long does it typically take to complete the cleaning? |
| |
It really depends upon the size and condition of a space. We have a 4 hour minimum for new 1st time customers, but after we assess your needs we can sometimes do a job in as little as 1-2 hours - again its very dependent on your needs |

Typically, several hours - we will always give you specific instructions at the time of the job. |

| |
We assses jobs based on the time we estimate it will take, and the degree of difficulty involved (ie. Volume of trash to be removed, # of restrooms to be cleaned etc...) We often work with customers, and advise them how to modify our services to fit into their budget. |

We can do one time cleanings but if we provide regular service, we usually have an agreement! |
