Offshore Consulting Inc. is an all purpose design consultancy partnership, specializing in residential and corporate design and projects. Our service is made up of 3 parts:   IDEAS in the form of interior schemes including construction, interior and exterior decoration, furnishings, lighting and other effects SPECIFICATION and BUDGETING of those ideas in detail through our own computerized Project and Facilities Management Program team SUPERVISION of the IMPLEMENTATION of the scheme against an agreed budget and timetable. Our partnership and practice has developed over 20 years, without advertisement and entirely on the recommendation of previous Clients, and we would very much like to have the opportunity of working with you. We are pleased to undertake any or all of these parts by arrangement with the Client, regardless of the size of the job.
