For general pest control, we offer "one-time" service, as well as an annual program (Diamond Program) which consists of 1 complete service, inside and out, then 3 additional quarterly exterior services. Once new clients try us, they rarely switch to one of our competitors. For termite control, we offer two types. One is the Sentricon Colony Elimination System. This type eliminates all the termite colonies surrounding your home without using liquid chemicals. We also offer liquid treatments which are sometimes a little less expensive than the Sentricon method. We have a coupon on our webpage for all our services.

For residential pest control, we charge between $85 and $125 depending on size of home. This treatment is good for 6 months. Our average client spends less than $200 for total annual service. |

Residential general pest control comes with a 6 month service agreement and a small co-pay ($30) for callback service. |

Yes, if there is an immediate problem that was our fault we come back for no charge. Any other problem that develops within 6 months of the initial service, we will come back for a $30 co-pay. |

With us, you never have to worry about this because we don't make you do on-going monthly or quarterly service. We recommend service 2 times per year, but don't require it. |
